Happy Hartal day to my fellow brothers in
kerala, I know its awkward to wish hartal, but these days its been pretty cool
for keralites to wish happy Hartal each other as it is there almost every month
and majority of the people will have a good time at home while they park
themselves around a bottle of sparkling happiness. (hope you have sufficient stock at home ;)),
Unsurprisingly Hartal will fetch lime light to CPI (M) as the young turks will
destroy public transports, govt
offices,...etc, while the common man watching it through the anti CPM news
channels, (All TV channels other than Kairali TV are anti CPM; Courtesy - CPM Leader, Kerala) and pity himself
for being born in devil’s own country. Finally
Hartal will end up screwing the common man and giving mental orgasm to CPI (M)
by ruining one working day of labourers and middle class.
Reason behind
‘Hartal’? P. Jayarajan, CPI (M) District secretary- Kannur and a Local
leader, arrested on charges of concealing conspiracy to murder of Abdul
Shukkoor,(RIP) an activist of the Muslim Youth
League. Frantic CPM Leadership called for a Hartal as a protest to the arrest,
These days it has been fashionable for CPM to call short notice hartal on any stupid issue.
Linking last few hartals by CPM, This is no different from the disturbances

When CBI requested permission to interrogate
Pinarayi Vijayan, they came up with 'Nava Kerala Yatra' to show the muscle power. CBI had to take a ‘U’ turn on their move to
question Pinarayi Vijayan because of CPM’s
loud mouth and muscle power. Lets keep our fingers crossed this time as Thiruvanchoor
had shown the guts and kerala police was brave enough to arrest Jayarajan with
solid evidence.
Why CPM
leadership is getting nervous and acting cocky by calling hartal? It is
essential for CPM to redirect the media focus and to magnify it as a civic
issue, so that disturbances around hartal will hog public attention eventually
get diverted from the topic. Who is P. Jayarajan to CPM to make such a huge
noise? Jayarajan is leading CPM in Kannur district, CPM’s fort in kerala. Jayarajan being jailed and getting grilled by police will lead to reopen all CPM connected murder cases in north kerala in last one decade, just like reopening murder cases in
idukki district through the outrageous public speech by MM Mani, Ex- District
Secretary, Idukki .
Future of
CPM- Considering people’s objection against hartal, internal clashes with in the party and
disheartened wing lead by VS. We can sense that the future of CPM is jeopardised and doomed, I don’t see any serious action taken by CPM official
leadership to restore the lost glory, and I would say CPM has already lost the
plot in influencing the youngsters and the new generation, which is the future of kerala. Soon primary
school kids will have one more lesson added to their curriculum – Dawn and Dusk
of CPM in India, inevitably CPM in India
will soon sink into oblivion and fade away, How sad!!

ReplyDeleteits a part and parcel in kerala's routine.. i feel sorry because you have one of the highly educated class in the country (shrewd and intelligent) being governed by some ruling class who never wants kerala to reach its true potential.. may be words of young keralite born out of kerala..
ReplyDeletei am disappointed about the way CPI(M)moving now..actually who is beneficial with today's harthal..its not for the benefit of Kerala people but to show even if any CPI(M)leader had done any mistake party wants to save them by playing any dirty games...its so pity that a peoples party is doing like this and spoiling one more working day and doing troubles to people..they are just challenging the government and the judicial setup in Kerala...any way i am sure the end result of this wouldn't be favorable to CPI(M)..people will come to know more about pinarayi and his illegal activities with the support of the party...Today's harthal proves that CPI(M) is now in the hands of wrong leaders who just want to use the party and its supporters to save themselves from the corruptions and murders they had done with the support of party...Kerala people will realize this in the coming years and their mind change will save the party from wrong hands..
ReplyDeleteI think harthal has become a celebration in Kerala these days. Only, very low income people suffers due to this stupid harthal. We can see three types of people on harthal day.One group - simply sit at home and enjoy with family as a holiday, second group - try to go for job but no way in front of them without transportation facility and the third group - they treat the day of harthal as just any other working day and go on with their duties. In Kerala harthal comes like holidays - bcos when we take into consideration the number of holidays in an year, harthal exceeds holidays. Dear Keralites....never expect govt. will take any action against this. Now the one and only thingt i can do is wish u all a happy harthal day.
